ATD was selected to undertake a comprehensive external repaint of Ikea Richmond, a high-profile project that reflects our dedication to a first class finish and client satisfaction. The initiative commenced with a meticulous facade wash, a crucial first step in ensuring optimal adhesion and a pristine surface for subsequent treatment.

Following the wash, our skilled technicians focused on addressing existing dents and imperfections in the clad facade.
This step was essential in achieving a smooth and even surface, laying the groundwork for the application of our high-performance coatings.

The project scope entailed painting over 15,000 m² of the building’s exterior using Dulux protective coatings, specifically chosen for their durability and ability to withstand the rigours of environmental
exposure. These coatings not only enhance the aesthetic appeal of the building but also provide a long-lasting barrier against the elements, ensuring the facade remains in excellent condition for years to come.
