Project Update: The Yards, Altona North – Painted Signage & Wayfinding

Our Victorian team is progressing through the final stages at The Yards in Altona North for @h.troon_pty_ltd , with a focus on the delivery of painted signage and integrated wayfinding across the development.

Following completion of the external façade painting across the project, works have transitioned into the application of factory numbering and directional markings directly to the building surfaces. By integrating signage into the coating system, these elements form part of the façade rather than a secondary addition.

Project Complete: Sprinkler Pipe Coatings Rectification, North Lakes QLD

ATD’s SEQ Remedial Asset Team recently completed coatings rectification works to over 3 kilometres of sprinkler pipework within an undercroft carpark at North Lakes, Queensland.

Prior to works commencing, a coatings condition assessment was undertaken to identify areas of deterioration and establish the required reporting, prioritisation and sequencing of works across the site.

Following this assessment phase, our onsite teams progressed with detailed surface preparation and remedial coating applications using @dulux_protective_coatings_aus systems, restoring the protective integrity of the pipework.

All works were delivered within a live operational environment, with careful staging and coordination ensuring safe access was maintained throughout the undercroft areas while works progressed.

Our SEQ team is currently in full mobilisation at Queensport Murarrie, undertaking a comprehensive external refresh of the 18,000m² warehouse facility, alongside internal and external repainting works to the adjoining multi-level office building.

Working within a live operational environment, the programme is progressing in structured stages. The team is completing a full external washdown of both the warehouse and office buildings to remove environmental build-up and prepare substrates for recoating. External painting to the warehouse dado walls, canopies and exposed metalwork is underway, restoring durability and visual consistency across the broader asset.

Internally, the office component is receiving a complete refresh, while the entire external office façade is being repainted to align with the overall site upgrade.
